First things first. I want to give a shout out to USPlabs for picking me for the alpha testing. I am super stok3d and I can’t wait to see what this product does for me and everyone else! I received the package yesterday; it came with a few sample of Test Powder and Jack3d Micro, a 3in1 Shaker, and a XL Jack3d Micro T-shirt (hopefully I’ll fit into one day, maybe 5 years haha)
For the first week I won’t be using anything put the “Patented Anabolic” and a Whey protein + Creatine Monohydrate (post workout and after dinner). Later I might stack Jack3d micro with this. I haven’t decided yet and I want to see how this works by itself. I will be dosing a single pill on a empty stomach at around 4:20-4:30 every morning Pre-workout on a empty stomach. I hit the gym from 5-6:30 most every day.
Diet: My diet is the same every day, I will let you guys know if I have a cheat day. However, it’s very rare that I do.
4:30am – Preworkout
6:30-6:50am – Post workout shake
8:00 am – 4-6 eggs with a piece of low sodium Ezekiel Bread
10:30: Chicken breast and Rice, ½ sweet potato
12:30 Chicken breast and Rice ½ sweet potato
4:00 - Chicken breast and Rice, might change this up sometimes depending on what the girlfriend has cooked.
7:00 – Protein Shake
8:00 – 2 scoops cottage cheese.
Oh and I only drink water. A little over a gallon a day! Gotta keep hydrated!
My workout regime is as follows:
Day 1 – Legs
Day 2 – Push
Day 3 – Pull
Day 4 – Off
REPEAT
