Alright I did not know where to post this but has anyone made a weighted vest before I really want one, but do not want to buy one. How can I make one.

Why go through all the hassles and have something that will probably fall apart anyway? Just buy one at the store or order one online! It'll cost about $50 for a 20lbs vest.
