Ive been taking Jacked, let me first say I loveee the stuff, i def. felt more of an increase in putting up the weights, but I crash majorly literally within an hour of taking it, lately ive been feeling the crash while working out, id still have the strength, but i would be very shaky, and dizzy, then id be very tired but not sleepy if that makes sense, I reduced the intake to jus half of a scoop, and same thing
, so what I'm asking is, should I just take like a small pinch of it, and take regular creatine half hour before I work out? like is it the creatine thats giving me the extra strength ,or is it the main ingredient arginine?
