Maintaining my muscle, how to?

Hello all,

I have a new schedule to where i can only lift once or twice a week.

My question is, is it possible to maintain my muscle mass and physique without as much lifting? (keeping in mind, I continue a strict diet)

Any past experience, or knowledge upon this would help immensely.

Yes assuming you have a normal hormonal output and diet is on par.
When you go to the gym workout the entire body in your case 2x a week. 1-2 exercises for every body part with a quick 60sec rest between sets.
