How difficult is it to actually maintain a major portion of the gains from the prohormone cycle on a cut?
Goals increase strength/mass while leaning down.
As far as I know there is no need to run an AI along with 1-andro

I'm no expert on PH as I'm running my first cycle ever in a couple of weeks. But from what I've read online is that u can cut on cycle because the hormones will help prevent muscle breakdown.
But during PCT you should definetely up your calories to slightly above maitenance so you don't lose muscle
This is because during pct your hormones are low and is in a very catabolic state so if you stay under maintenance calories you will mostly be burning muscle
Don't cut during or right after pct. Your maintenance calories are going to be higher because of the new mass that you have aquired. You need to eat! Wait at least a month or 2 after pct to cut imo
