Magnitropin+Most Wanted+GW questions?????

As most of you know I'm training for strength and speed for football. I like how i have been training but looking for something new, who knows maybe i could be making better gains. Any of you guys have a speed and strength program that you liked?
 
When I played I found it was best just focusing on heavy squats, deadlifts, bench for power, and hang cleans/clean and jerking for explosiveness. Then having shoulders and arms just thrown in there for a pump another day. What position do you play?

That is kinda what i do but i pound my major lifts super heavy then a different variation of like incline dumbbell bench or leg press ect ect. at moderate reps like 8-10 then hit it with some volume at the end with things like fly's or leg curls ect ect. Middle linebacker. I was 2nd team all state last season in idaho. Oh and that was playing with fractured colar bone and separated ac joint on left side and torn labarum on right side
 
As stated before, explosive movements will help lots. Add in prowler work and keep smashing heavy weights
 
I can't post links but Google prowler sleds. Basically a bunch of weight on a sled and you push that bad boy as fast as you can. Works wonders for conditioning and explosiveness
 
Hitting chest today I'm trying to decide between go old school with 3x10 or little more modern 5x5 for a while what do you guys think?

IMO just do a lot of volume. Mo volume, mo gainz! Especially with Magnitropin, laxo, and edyc. You recomping right? I couldn't find what your goals were.
 
Oh ok well 5xt, 3x10, 4x8, etc.. All can help. Id wait till someone else comments but imo your lifts should increase with a high volume workout.

Ok ya i have been doing some volume with my support lifts but as an athlete i cant be bulky without the strength and power to go with it. I have been doing pyramid down reps so like 8 6 4 2 1 all to failure but i want to change it it up im leaning more toward 3x10 right now but open to anything.

I don't know if you watch YouTube but if i wanna switch up my workout I'd watch mark lobliner or Chris Jones or someone.
 
I have been feeling great during this log. Like i was diagnosed with chronic depression and was prescribed an ssri but i hated how they all made me feel. I thought I just would have to deal with it all my life, but I have felt great while taking these supps. It's great!!! I'm always happy, feeling alpha, libido is high and just overall much happier. Just because of this I'm considering buying these worthwhile and not to mention the faster recovery, the INSANE size gains, and the pumps.

Has anyone else notice a since of happiness and wellbeing form either MW or Magnitropin?

Many notice a increase in overall well being from the adaptogenic effects from most wanted. It gives me a nice boost in mood as well.

Paederia Foetida as a single ingredient made some feel this way when we tested it

Ok so the same usual feeling i get but i thought forgot the dose of mag in morning (but looking back i think i actually did take it). So i took double preworkout and the pumps during the workout were the same but OMG the pumps are still around and its been almost an hour since i finished. I think i might just dose a full days worth pre and skip morning dose from now on. Anyone else dose it this way?
 
I always dose morning and night. Yesterday I did back at 6am right after a dose and even with the one dose I was feeling a pump til after our ten am meeting.
 
Ya i always have gotten great pumps form normal am and pre doses but double pre lasted forever and i loved it.

Thanks I've only ever trained atg so that probably helps. Sorry for not posting for a while just been super busy but everything's going great making great gainz. Not gonna be able to lift today though i have to mow 5 lawns

Dumbbell rows 3x15(75 wish i could have done 10 reps but they only have up to 75 for Dumbbells)

Wide grip cable rows 3x10

Upright rows 3x10(15 i have to go super light on these because of my MESSED UP shoulders)

Barbell curls/21s(55)

Dumbbell Skull crushers 3x10(25)

Now i am going to see the new avengers! It looks super good.
 
I took 3 ready4war today, for studying, and i have to say its great. Its not laser like focus i get from my Dexedrine but it definitely better then anything else I've used for this. I have liked it for its stim but wish it was more than just stims since it is a preworkout. It would work great with your fav non stim pre(mine would have to be conqu3r demigod non stim version).

PS on off days i only have been taking have of daily amount of mag and MW to make it last. I haven't ever gained size like i have been with these supps.
