Do both of these need to be taken with food or can they be taken on a empty stomach. Most of the time, I train fasted and my first meal isn't until the afternoon.
I preferred dosing 3 caps Magnitropin preworkout as opposed to with my preworkout meal. I dosed the second 3 caps with dinner. I cannot comment on alphadex.
