So is magnesium oxide really crap and is this really the good stuff? If so, we need to get Nutra to carry it, without calcium.

in brief, although MgO2 is not great for bioavaliability, it contains more magnesium in sense of weight. So in sum, MgO2 is not much worse. It's just that sometimes too much MgO2 can make your stool soft.

take with meal can help.

Well, zinc and magnesium do something for the athlete, so I still whant some absorbable magnesium.

magnesium taurate is great. pop 3 and feel a nice body rush of relaxation so you know its getting absorbed. i tried magnesium citrate ($1 carbonated laxative) but every time i took a swig i think i got too much and my stomach cramped up.

yes, then compare the price of two stuffs. If acceptable, take Mg citrate. But I don't think you will have low Mg because you use MgO2. You know, too much Mg is to be pissed out anyway.

Haha. Mg Oxide gives u the craps. It has a very laxative effect.

Mg Citrate is good. I buy NOW brands. It's very cheap.

Is there a store where I can fin it. Nutra doesn't have it.

My local vitamin store has it. In fact, most vitamins stores stock NOW. Otherwise, check google's shopping feature. I'm unable to post links bc my post is less than 50.
