Anyone have experience/knowledge using either of these for overall health? I'm still researching but want to implement them around training to reduce inflammation/increase hydration/healing, mitigating free radicals.

I know this is a bit out there but I'll bet there are some other geeks out there with info :)

Cellular hydration needs to be addressed, sodium, potasium, glycerine in water,

Tomatoe juice, more veggies etc...

Stuff ive recently learned. Bit about that is not addressed

Yes. I've never heard of tomato juice for this purpose. I guess you could juice your own. From my understanding pasteurizing juice makes it worthless. Also you have the nightshade aspect to consider.

The bicarbonate form is supposedly able to cross the cellular membrane and influence mitochondria.

Structured water is another one I would love to discuss if anyone has an opinion on or experience with.
