Alright, at the suggestion of the members on here I made my own weight gainer shake. Before I list the ingredients and the nutrition info - yes it's delicious. I'm trying to drink one of these between breakfast and lunch and another one at night before bed. Here ya go:
I inputted all the ingredients onto Sparkpeople.com and came up with:
1300 Calories
137 carbs
48g Fat
73g Protein
Whatcha guys think? Mind you this IS for gaining weight...and I'm not worried about fat (or getting fat for that matter). Is there anything you guys would change? And like I said the taste is freaking awesome!
- 1 scoop GNC Soy Protein 95
- 2 Large eggs (the whole thing...not just the whites)
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Steel Cut dry oats
- 1 cup whole milk (3.25%)
- 6oz. Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt
- 2 scoops Blue Bunny Vanilla Ice Cream
