Hi guys. I've been on a structured workout routine for 3weeks, weights and cardio. I'm 6'2 235 and 27% bodyfat. I have found that I've been angry at everything. I've felt great , best in years. Anyone else experience this? I'm also taking ur spray prototype nutrition and a multi. I haven't been on a structured workout routine in 5 years. Also, I'm extremely passive but almost got into 2 fights this past week and was talking about starting a fight club lol. Is this normal?!
