Maca how long does it take to kick in?

It looks like this study using 1.5-3g/day noted effects at 8 weeks, but not 4:

But this study using 2g of a 5:1 Maca extract (equivalent to 10g Maca powder) saw benefits at 2 weeks:

Perhaps it starts working faster when used at a higher dose?

I use NOW 6:1 and noticed it at around 1.5-2 weeks. Fully at 2.5

What did you notice exactly? I tried normal maca at 1 heaping tablespoon a day and all I got was upset stomach and killer farts

I use the pill form not powder. And if we are being honest libido was just through the roof. Harder erections too. No intestinal issues for me but I've never tried powder. Use the pill form with my PCTs

I’ve been using 6 grams (8 capsules) of Organic Premium Peruvian Maca from The Maca Team and I noticed a huge boost in libido after only 2 weeks. I’ve been on it for 6 weeks now (I take 8 capsule as soon as I wake up) and the effects are very noticeable. I went with this companies Maca because it is a blend of Red, Yellow, and Black maca. I highly recommend it
