I've been looking for some advice. I am currently running 60mg m5aa preworkout and 20mg x 2 on the days I workout. Then I'm running 20mg x 4 on nonworkout days. I'm not really feeling a whole lot so far, should I up the dosage and If so to what? Have been taking it for 15 days now.
 
its not an ampthet- so theres no rush

what I got from it- was longer endurance/staminia and thats it

when im starving it doesnt do much but compared ot not being on it all- difference was minimal

if your optimal- dietwise and getting nothing from it- drop it- its just not for you
