M4OHN/M5AA/Clen Cycle Results

Hey,

I'm completely done with PCT of my last cycle. I made a approximate chart of what I used, doseage, and what days.
I experienced no side effects at all, besides a slight prostate flare up when spreading a high dose of m5aa throughout the day. No increase in acne, or oily skin. And stregth increased slowly, but consistant. I'm very pleased.

Started at about 222-223lbs at 18-20%bf.
As of today, 201.5lbs, ~9.5%bf, using 3 point digital calipers.

Preparing a short/conservitive M1T cycle in the upcoming weeks.

how did you use the glucophase XR? where you taking one before bed and then one before morning cardio, to get into a quasi-keto state? or just before carb meals. K-R-ALA is still something i'm not clear on how to utiliize.

also, did you use ECA or any other thermos on the weeks you were off clen?

thanks, maybe I should give a little more detail.

Calories were about 1000 under maintnance (2000-2200)
I didn't do any cardio at all, but instead did high rep hang cleans when I had time. No thermos or ECA stack inbetween.

Diet
Mon-Saturday, moderate carb, high protein, moderate fat
all carbs came from complex carbs (brown rice, whole grains)
took one Glucophase XR 30 minutes prior to big carb meals. So 2 a day.

Sunday carb load - high carb, high protein, low fat.
carbs came from maltodextrine type of sources and regular pasta.

Those weight measurements in the chart were done on a monday right after a carb load, so they might not be the most accurate.

GXR is definitly a worthy product to try out. You can't go wrong.
