Just wanted to check if the order of this is right.....

Im 1 week into my m1t/1t/4ad cycle and im up about 7 pounds of bloat but still no strength increase! This is my first cycle and im at 10 mgs thus far. My bicep back day was decent because I got an incredible pump but still no strength increase. Only side effects so far are slight migranes,a little back pain but thats pretty much it.

Is it normal for strength to not go up yet?

dont kno about u btu i never got strength from my m1t cycle.....but i did get all the sides
for me ....i did 4AD+ and M1t and all i got was 4 extra reps on all routines and i cut up nicely....so good luck
u can c the difference in the pics i took in a 6 month spread go to a thread dated back to 9.14.04
i also broke up my cycle in there

Hmmm interesting....This bloat is killing me and my appetite is destroyed... Did a chest workout today, another wicked pump, saw straiations on my chest that I didnt even know I had!
So what your saying is dont expect much strength gains? I guess we'll see in a couple days. Im curious to see how I look after my PCT is done......... Right now my gut looks so fucking round and puffy.
 
The 7lbs you gained is 100% water. It's normal to bloat the first week. You cannot put on noticeable muscle on in 1 week. It will take a few weeks, & then you should start to gain strength.

Strength comes as a result of training. Until you've trained a particular muscle while on the m1t, it won't get any stronger.
 
day 9 or 10, you'll see a strength increase
