I am on my 5th day of PCT. I have lost 5 lbs. out of 12 I gained from my first 2 week cycle of M1T/4AD. I want to know what the average of lost pounds (Water Weight) is for most users. Thanks.

I kept my cals right around my normal, maintenance levels while on M1T, just to see what kind of body comp changes I'd get, and I gained 9, kept about 4 after PCT (which was harsh) was all said and done for.

gained 15lbs, lost about 20lbs after pct, but i wasnt that mad cuz i got so bloated, looked like a marshmellow.
