m1t question

I also like 10mg, but I did 5mg X 2, 12hrs apart. Lethargy didn't hit me while doing it this way (but also running 4ad).

depends on your bodyweight. for most people under 200lbs 10mg ed works good. for people 200lbs and up 20-30mg ed can cause the user to see desired gains. also i beleive that m1t has a half life of something like 8 hrs or so.

Blanket statements like that are what get people into trouble.
 
Again 10mg worked well for me, I weigh 250 right now. If I'm not mistaken, Beelz weighs more than me. I suppose this is your first experience with m1t since the dosage question is being asked. I would say 10mg (or even 5mg) would be a good starting point, regardless of weight. Only raise the dose if results aren't coming at the lower dose. Please don't jump into a 20 - 30mg dose right off the bat. :rant:

yes this is the fisrt time with m1t i weight 203 right now. i am taking 10 mg jst wanted to see when is the best time to take the m1t and should i spilt the dosage.
 
just started with the m1t but did see size and strenght going up using 1-test. but for the m1t,Size wise haven't been on it long enough.
 
I got good gains off 10 mg a day. I usuaully took it in the a.m. between my first and second meals of the day. I did not experience much lethargy but I also stacked with 4ad transdermal.

you should see the results by the second week. Some see them faster but for others it takes longer. I took A.M.T M1T it was a great product. My dosage started at 10mgs a day divided by 10-12 hours meaning 5 in the morn and 5 at night. At the third week my size seemed to plateau so I went to 15 mgs a day in divided dosages. I continued to grow and hurt my knee the last week of doing legs while on. Be careful and watch your poundages, you may find you can increase the weight maybe a little more than you should some days. I have used m1t several times in several ways and here is is what I have found to be true as far as my own response is concerned;

1) It is poison; slight amounts can have incredible, positive effects but there is no doubt that it was doing evil things to my body. I have never felt great or healthy while on it. In contrast, sd, 4 ad make me feel fine or better than fine.

2) At bodyweights of 235 (first time trying m1t) to 254 ( last m1t cycle);
10 mg per day cycle gave good results.
15 mg gave me better results.
20 mg about same results as 15 with more sides.
30 mg made me feel so bad that after 6 days I stopped cycle and it took a month with pct to feel semi normal.

3) I have never had anything shut me down so hard so fast.

4) Trying it without 4ad is closest I have been to being in a walking coma.
 
I'm about done with a 4ad/M1t cycle...(I preloaded 4ad for 10 days) my first 9 days on M1t I did 10mgs, small gains so I bumped it up to 20mgs and noticed way better strength gains and a little more mass gain...I weigh 170 (5'9" 8-10% bf) I would recommend 20mgs, I had minimal sides (a stack with 4ad is a good idea I think too)
