M1T question - cycle to cycle

My last cycle was 29 days ago, thats since end of Nolva in pct although i've carried on with ZMA & Trib.
So i stopped taking M1T 49 days ago, ok still with me?

What is a prudent amount of time i should have off before starting another cycle?

I was thinking 4 wks, nuts have been back to normal for some time now but though i'd ask anyway....
 
IMO...Time on (M1T and PCT) should equal Time off. So you were on M1T and PCT for a total of 49 days so you should wait 7 weeks before you go for another cycle. I also suggest some bloodwork...M1T is some pretty harsh sh**.

Especially with m1t your time off should be ATLEAST equal, when I run a m1t cycle im usually off for 5-6 weeks before any other cycle. Remember m1t is a very strong compound and shuts you down in the first few days.

Yep i'm gonna go 7 wks and get baseline bloods done. Trouble is i've never had bloods done + i'm with a GP who i'm pretty sure won't be sharing my liking for such substances!!
