So today is day 16 in my 28 day M1T cycle. I just found out on day 20 I am going to fight.
I have put on roughly 15 pounds while on M1t, a lot of that is water (Very obvious I am holding tons of water)
If I dehydrate down QUICKLY (Say 5 pounds Thursday-Friday then another 10 pounds or so on Friday night (Say around 3:00) then weigh in at 5:00 and start re hydration around 5:10 should I notice any problems?
