m1t cycle

i am considering a m1t cycle
and i am concerned about all the side effects
for liever protection
i will be taking perfect cycle
and cycle support
but to combat the lethargy
how much 4 ad should i be taking
and how can i combat the prolactin
and since m1t does not convert to estrogen
but 4ad does
should i be taking an estrogen blockers or what??

could somebody please help me out and give me some info?
