This is my second 2-week cycle of M1T, this time I plan to use it on a cut with the addition of Liquid Clen/T3. Since T3 is catabolic I decided that the M1T should counter those effects allowing me to drop the fat and keep the muscle. What do yall think?
Stats - 23, 5'9, 170, around 15% BF
Diet - CKD, cals 1700-2200
Training:
Cardio - Have been doing 30-45 minutes/day low-mid intensity elliptical cardio about 5 times a week during my cut so far. I plan on upping the cardio to 45-60 min/day.
Strength Training -
Mon: Chest/Tri/Forearms
Tues: Rest
Wed: Back/Bi's
Thur: Rest
Fri: full body depletion w/o
Sat: Rest
Sun: Legs/abs
Supplements:
M1T - 10mg
4AD - 600mg
Clen/T3
Coenzyme Q10
Taurine
Potassium
PCT: 6OXO and Milk Thistle
