M1T & Accutane

So far I'm just reading that the only bad sides are going to be your liver getting hit harder.

I'm not even a week into my M1T cycle (This is not my first cycle) and I have to start taking the Accutane this week cause I have "cystic Acne" getting alot of cyst/boils on my back and head. If I was to continue my 10mg a day and milk thistle do you think I'd be ok?
 
Accutane & any androgen is a terrible idea. Either start the accutane a few weeks after your cycle, or stop the cycle now. Let the accutane run its course, then hit m1t again.
 
Even a transdermal?

If I stop now, how long should I take Nolva avter only have 10mg in my system say 4 days?

A non-methyl would be much better. If you are stopping with only four days, I would just hit the nolva 40mg for two nights just for peace of mind.
 
Wait till the accutane is over.

I took accutane.. and the blood tests they make you get came back fine.. my liver values were not affected much at all. It depends on the person, obviously it's safer to do one at a time.

IMHO, stacking 2 methyls is much harder on the liver than acctuane/m1t
