Basically any illegal drug can do damage to you, which is one of the reasons why they're illegal and/or prescription. One thing too many people don't realize is say you're on a month long cycle. Your cholesterol will be trashed (mainly with orals). On average about a month to two months after your cycle you can get your cholesterol back to normal. Most people thinks this equates to no harm done, very untrue. When your cholesterol reaches dangerous levels, (like on Superdrol), even if it's only for a couple of months it has already done irreversible permanent damage to your heart. There's hundreds of studies proving this. When cholesterol levels reach 'awful levels' it makes your heart have to work many times harder, which in turn can cause some growth and other issues. In some, permanent damage is usually minimal. As for those who don't cycle properly permanent damage can be moderate. But there's always permanent irreversable damage. I'm not saying it will take years off your life as long as you're responsible. But maybe days at the least. I personally think all drugs should be legal and what people want to do to themselves should be their own right. But I'd never say any 'drug', including steroids, is harmless. And I'm all for gear.
