M1T @ 2weeks: To bridge or not to bridge?

What do you guys think:

2 weeks: 4-ad, M1T

2 weeks: PCT

2 weeks: 4-ad, M1T

3 weeks: PCT

4 weeks off

-or-

6 weeks: 4-ad

2 weeks: M1T

2 weeks: PCT (w/ 4-ad)

2 weeks: M1T

4 weeks: PCT

6 weeks off

I see no benefit to taking PCT along with 4ad in cycle #2. Your HPTA can't recover while still taking 4ad.

I'd either run cycle #1 as is, or just run a higher dose of 4ad in weeks 3-4 while off M1t.

I like this one better, but you can't PCT with 4ad. If I were you, I'd just run a fairly high dose of 4AD to start with, keep that dose up after the the first 2 weeks of M1T and then take the 2 week M1T break then hit it again after two weeks.

The 2 week m-1-t bridge and its minor variations is not a good idea. It seemed like a good idea when it first came out because the gains came relatively quick and the idea was bandied about.

But later when the side effects were better understood, it just didn't seem like a good idea anymore. Things like suppression which is typically cannot be felt unless you get blood tested weeks/months after PCT to check to see if your normal HPTA is up to par without nolva/AI to artificially push it up.
