Anabeta would likely be the safer bet. Or, you could ditch both and get some bulk creatine monohydrate. Take 5g on off days, 10g on training days (5g with post-workout meal, 5g with dinner). It's safe for pretty much every body, and it's very effective.Which is safer for my age?
