If I am taking 90/mg per day, do I want to split the doses up and take 30 mg at a time, or just take all 90mg at once?
I have seen different opinions on this and wanted to see if I could get a consensus on here.

I'm doing a split - 30mg three times a day.

I would recommend spliting the doses. it seems like the orals have a short half life so spreading them out would keep some in your system all day. also there is a question of enzyme saturation?
