i usually suffer from INCREASED sleeping problems with almost all the OCT AAS.
anxiety you describe, you mean just Restlessness in general? perhaps like waking up thinking about something etc?
i personally depending on the severity of it would try One or a combination of these i found effective as sleep aids over the past year
-Melatonin: Dose 1mg-3mg, some try 5mg this according to studies is like 10 times what is used normally etc (works well for a week or so before you may need a tiny break to prevent adaptation this is one of the better sleeps aids ive found) (my rating: 4/5)
- 5-htp: dose 50-200mg 2-3 times a day or just a 50-200mg dose prior to sleep. its important to start low with this one it can induce side effects like nausea, this is a precursor to serotonin and this helps reduce anxiety, and aid sleep (my rating: 4/5) can be used long term without problems
-1-carboxy-2-amino- 3-pyrobenzol (3,4 diol): i forgot the BULK powder dose, 500mg for a while and you increase dose to asses tolerance. This also helps increase GH release during sleep (my rating: 3.5/5)
- Valerian Root: dosage around 450mg, but could go higher although i believe it causes some sides at higher doses, like grogginess. (my rating: 3/5)
- Diphenhydramine (benedryl) - dose 25-75mg, i personally liked this one alot since its very strong, but caused dehydration as well. Plus after a week or so it was nearly ineffective, so it has to be cycled as with most sleep aids (my rating 4/5)
- Phenibut: this one i never tired due to the reported Hangover feelings, and addictive potential. but on a positive note it worked for a sleep aid. worth looking into
thanks guys, i've tried most of these. do melatonin every night. i just didn't think of the m1,4add as one of the ones that would do this so much. i hope i will adapt to it. thanks again.
