Im goin' 2 do a cycle of M1,4 ADD, and was wondering if i took an atd with it, it could help keep water weight down?

Water gain is caused by excess estrogen from aromatization of the hormones you're taking. ATD is an aromatase inhibitor, so it will keep estrogen formation and thus water weight down.
