Hey guys cycle is as follows:
8 week cycle
1-TST 2 cpd (1 c Inhibit-e)
2-TST 3 cpd (1 c Inhibit-e)
3-TST 2 cpd/TRN 1 cpd (1 c Inhibit-e)
4-TST 2 cpd/TRN 2 cpd (1 c Inhibit-e)
5-TST 1 cpd/TRN 2 cpd (1 c Inhibit-e)
6-TRN 3 cpd (1 c Inhibit-e)
7-TRN 3 cpd (2 c Inhibit-e)
8-TRN 2 cpd (2 c Inhibit-e)
8 week PCT: 3 c Ultra Hotter e.d.+2 c sesamin 3 times per day along with retain and venom 3.0. Plus I will be staying "off" for an additional 8 weeks minimum.
Liver and Lipid protection in check as well, I have been taking AX's Liver protection for 3 weeks prior to this along with sesamin and camph. (I know yall care about health first, that's why I love this board.) Im debating whether I should keep sesamin going during cycle or not. I keep hearing how it will diminish strength gains? I want my 450 dead lift back, gentlemen.

Weight: 230 lbs
Height: 6"1
BF: 15%
(I just did a cut from 260-230lbs.)
Dosage may fluctuate, I will just have to see how I feel through cycle. I would appreciate any input if people think dosages are to high or low. I lost the weight but lost some good strength as well, this is more of a recomp and strength aid then a bulk. I will post pictures later in the cycle. The cycle is 8 weeks. If I find sides get to high or if gains diminish, then I will end it early. I'm in no hurry. I started the TST to garner its effects solo, and then added the trn as a cutting aid towards end of cycle. Strength training 4 days per week and cardio 5 days per week.

Finally, NO this is not my first cycle. I have taken M1t, 4AD, and Ergo. I wish I could take them back as well. They were back before this board was brought to my knowledge. A time when bro-ology reigned supreme.
 
OK, first workout tonight at 8:00 p.m. Im not going to post how that goes or any workout until 4 days in, unless I find it significant. Will try to post starting pics tonight or tomorrow as well as training routine and diet.
 
If you could throw in starting measurements, that would be great too. I'm 6'1" and 245, so very interested in your log.

Why do you wish you could take them back? Im thinking of doing an ergo cycle soon.
 
Im sure he didnt do a proper PCT if he says he didnt know about this board. Im glad I didnt touch andro back then in high school, when it was legal, cause Im pretty sure I wouldnt know about PCT back then.
 
Norris nailed it on the head. After a M1T cycle too...I didn't notice puffy nipples till the end. I have a little left over gift on the left side that tweeks, thanks to it. I did PCT on cycles AFTER that. That and due to my age I regret using them. I used to hang out with powerlifters and BBlers in and outside of gym that were older than me that suggested PH's for my age and current lifting level at the time. They were friends and older, I trusted them, still do. I just don't think it was a good idea now reflecting upon it, and I wish they guided me through proper dosing and PCT.
 
doggzj: Mine wasn't transdermal...I hear that makes a good bit of difference. I got some meat on me from it though. From all my cycles I went from 189 lbs to 262 lbs. Before any cycles my max weight was 215lbs, but I lost it after some stress...and to poor to afford food much less supps. Anyone ever have to eat mayo sandwiches :wtf: ? Raise a hand.
 
Ok, anyway back to the log. I went to the gym tonight and last night. There was no real change in workout; however, my lifts dropped but my endurance went up, not through the roof, but noticeable. I was not expecting my lifts to increase, but the endurance was a nice surprise. I’ve been dealing with work and school and have been busy so I do attribute the motivation to the TST. I will post next my w/o plan and current stats, any suggestions will be appreciated!
 
I've noticed that myself this first week. I was not even remotely winded tonight with back workout - but strength wasn't up.
It should come though...
 
Alright THE ROUTINE:
I do abs and cardio everyday. Cardio is 20 min. low intensity Post w/o. Half way through cycle I will change my lifts to only 2-5 reps on almost everything, and then last week move back to this. I alternate w/o with both BB and DB as well as the lift.

Mon.: Afternoon lift
Legs:
1) Squats (3x10)
2) Calf Raise (body weight) (3x40)
3) Leg Ext. (4x12)
4) Leg Curl (4x8)
Tues.: Evening lift
Chest:
1) Flat/Incline Alternating(5x15,10,8,4,2)
2) Incline/Flat Alternating(3-4x10)
3) Decline/Fly Alternating (4x12)
Shoulders:
1) Shrugs/Multi-Shoulder Alternating (3x12 w/ 3 sec hold)
2) Arnolds/ Seated BB Military Press (3-4x10)
Wed.: Evening lift
Back:
1) T-bar/ Deadlift Alternating (4x15,12,10,8)
2) Pull-ups/seated rows Alternating (4x10,10,8,12)
3) Standing lower lat pull on cables/ Lat PD (3x10)
Biceps:
1) Arm Curl/ Standing Hammer Curl Alternating (4x12,12,10,8)
2) E-Z Curl/ Seated Hammer Curl Alternating (4x10)
Thurs.: Evening Lift
Full Body:
1) Full Cleans (4x10,8,8,6)

(This is a new addition. I’m going to try to hit up legs and chest again this day)

I’m hoping to get some strength back. But I do think I look better with less size.
 
Just a quick question, are your arm measurements relaxed or flexed? Good luck, i will also be watching this log closely.

Ok well, I did my cleans and triceps tonight, I had to skip cardio and abs though. I have a big paper tonight I have to finish up :mad: . I felt that extra boost during my w/o again. Strength still seems right about on par however I was a little more vascular in my left bicep then normal. The extra energy was there again tonight as well, actually I can better explain it as "focus". I didn't want to stop and that's after cleans!
 
My diet wasn’t the best today, I had the following:
1) 40 g protein shake & 1 granola peanut butter bar
2) Grilled chicken sandwich from BK
3) 40 g protein shake
4) Grilled chicken sandwich from BK
5) 2 chicken modenese w/ Caesar salad.
6) 50g protein (BSN weight gainer w/ extra scoop of protein)
7) 4 HOT DOGS! Oscar Myer turkey and pork…with sauerkraut….mmm…sauerkraut.
8) I will have a 23 g protein shake before bed too.
(I think that gets me at about 300 g of protein)

I really love fruits and raw vegetables, I missed out on them today but normally I eat two oranges or cantaloupe along with raw broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
 
Oh, just to explain the shameful squat: In high school I had a 415 Squat, but I got in a fight with two kids one held me and the other spear tackled me and I shifted my weight to the right side…lets just say my foot turned 90 degrees INSIDE my boot. That and I fell about 6 feet mid air and loosened my ligaments in my left knee.
(Just to get some pride back)…I grabbed the kid by the belt while he was gloating and pulled him to the ground choking him out, while two other guys I didn’t even know took care of the one that was holding me. I still think he got the last laugh though, sometimes if I climb up stairs my ankle gives out and I have to be careful not to fall. I’ve been getting strength back in it…just slowly. I want to give Cissus a try, I take camph and at high doses my joints don’t remind me of pain.
 
Alright, just got off work. Here's something I would like to update on that I didn't want to prematurely state: I have noticed since the 2nd day of dosing that my recovery is A LOT quicker. My chest w/o on tues. was extensive and I could have hit it up again on thurs. no problem. However, my tendons in my arms for bicep curls still are tight from wed. but the muscle itself feels fine. Back (upper and lower) as well as legs are all in top shape like I didn't work them out at all. I find this significant to mention now as I'm sure this has to do with the TST, lifts still haven't increased nor has size, but recovery and focus take effect quickly I believe, especially since my sleep regularity is near non-existent with work and school.
 
I just got back from the gym, I had a pretty bad w/o. I got through my chest routine and then half way through my leg w/o I got stuck in an one hour conversation :jaw: ! So I had to cut it short and missed out on the rest of legs, abs, and cardio. It's cool though, I'll just have to go in tomorrow before work. Anyway Silent Hill was released today. So I'm out!
 
Ok, it's only thundrestorms here today. I decided to stay in until work and clean the house. So what am I looking at here guys? 500 calories burned?:woohoo: Well I'm going to do some tri-crunches and free-standing crunches and will hit the gym sunday for back. I'll explain why next post...
 
Well I didn’t wait to long to post my explanation…hehe. Ok the recovery here is nuts. I still feel tight in my left arm’s tendon, so I must have pulled it slightly. My muscles are ready to go, this is only 5 days in. Strength gains are coming…I sense them…

*I meant free standing squats btw*.
 
Alright I did a quick one hour w/o today. I can’t believe my recovery, I wouldn’t keep mentioning it if I didn’t feel it was note worthy. I did a sampling of a full body w/o. I did 4 sets of flat smith machine, 3 sets of upright rows, 3 sets of bicep curls, 3 sets of calf raises, 4 sets of rope pd. I skipped abs and will do them later tonight, and went easy on legs since I have legs tomorrow. I’m feeling great.

My girlfriend was telling me that my back was feeling “rock hard” and asked if I worked it out, but that was last night and we know I hadn’t done back in two days. Just another plus. That wasn’t the only thing rock hard, libido is still very much up.
 
Alright, it has been a little while since I have posted. I hurt my left shoulder a bit, and pressing movements were a pain in the ass on Tuesday. I took wed. off to recover and I am going in tonight as planned. Vascularity is up and I believe my mid section is leaning slightly. My girl and I have been fighting non-stop today and I am stressed to all hell. I just wanted to make sure that I got an update in. Oh, and I’m not feeling any lethargy or negative sides such as oily skin or increased acne. I’ve been up to 3 caps pd as of last Sunday. Later.
 
Ahh yes the joy of a stressful relationships, try and keep that in ck, we all know what stress like this will do to your body, overall looks like it is kicking in pretty smoothly like others have reported.........
 
Hey, sorry Yeahright, I thought this log was dead. I had a real ****ty time with my girlfriend and so I cut the cycle short. I felt the recovery was the best thing from it and constant vascularity. I wasn't on long enough to get impressive size results and strength was just around the corner. I think a PheraPlex/TST cycle would be good. 3 weeks phera overlapped with 1 week tst/phera and 3 weeks TST to cement gains. Thanks for the interest though man!
