M-Test and Epi-plex stack

I am currently taking M-Test and Epi-plex daily (2 caps epi). How long should I run this stack, 8 weeks? Also, does epicatechin effect sleep? I feel as though I'm not sleeping as well since I started a few days ago.

I haven't heard of it effecting sleep but everyone reacts differently. 8 weeks would be a good length to run it and see some results.
