M-Test and Anabolic Effect cycle?

New member here. 37 years old, 6’ 178 lbs. 12-15% bf. Looking to cut down some body fat.

Thanks to everyone who contributes to this forum, there is a ton of great info on here!

Im planning a cycle later this year and plan on including M-Test and Anabolic Effect in my PCT. Ive never used either of these products before and I wanted to run them on their own first to see how they affect me.

Cycle: 1 bottle of M-Test, two bottles of AE, following recommended dose.
Weeks 1-4: AE only
Weeks 5-8 AE + M-Test

Ill be getting bloodwork before starting, week 8 of the cycle, and again 4 weeks after cycle. Anyone have any recommendations for anything to include when running just MTest and AE? I’m taking multivitamins and some joint support but nothing else right now.

M-Test is an awesome product to run during post cycle, alongside your SERM. I've ran the combo multiple times & have felt great each time.

I can only assume that adding in Anabolic Effect would be beneficial, based off the profile. Seems rather comprehensive, overall!

I'd certainly be interested in your pre/post bloodwork, so you'll have to share the results when the time comes (y)

Definitely this! Those two products make for an awesome CEL stack for results.
 
Agree with everyone .. great stack.

As for your question .. I like 1 dose of AE pre workout and other 4-6 hrs apart

Mtest .. i keep it simple breakfast/dinner.

Both amazing products that should stack very well together. Ive run both solo and hopefully i will get to try them stacked in the future. I think you will enjoy it very much. Dont think you need to worry about running any other supplement to compliment them. But I would recommend maybe at least a 2 bottle run. Natural products like this needs a little time to kick in.

M-Test & Anabolic Effect is a great stack.

A couple things to keep in mind:
- If your cycle is very suppressive &/or reduces libido a lot, you may want to consider adding in M-Test at the start of you PCT.
- Some of the effects of Anabolic Effect can be seen in the first week, but it really starts to work great around the week 3 to 4 mark and most people see the results get better with time so if they are going great at the end of week 8, you may want to consider extending your stack to 12 to 16 weeks.

I think you'll absolutely love the stack.

Agreed here as well. A two bottle run will get you great progress during that second bottle.

Good point, thanks! When I run my PCT for later cycle, Ill be taking both AE and M-Test at the start of PCT (along with a SERM and some other things). For now I want to know how my body handles these supps on their own, thats why I want to layer them in one at a time. If I like them I might try running them again for the full 8 weeks (or longer)
