I just wanted to know what you guys think would be better to run solo for mass and strength for an upcoming cycle?

for starters, youll be better off ith food and training

then add that if you had any idea of what youre talking about, youd know sdmz 2.0 is msten and dmz. so theres no "solo" to it
 
im 5 10 and 195 i just put random height/weight

and you put a random target weight too? bullshet. youre just cying my weight and height hoping people will give you answers

ima guess and say you have a 305 bench, 340 squat, and 430 deadlift. am i right?
 
I have to say that Onionknight is one of the AM members that can give straight-up valuable advice and Is a great source of knowledge. So, be honest and correct your profile stats. You'll get so much more help.
