M-stane P-stane log

I am going to be using m-stane (superdrol) and p-stane (stanzobolin) for a 38 day cycle
5days of p-stane at 100mgs before SD and 5days after
SD 10/20/20/20
p-stane100/100 100/100
ive ran SD 5 times and everytime there is only a week and a half window where you gain like a baby elephant and with p-stane being such a mild hormone i hope to extend my anabolic state.

im also supplementing with
creatine 5gs
l-glutamine 5gs
Amino Acids ?gs
DHA 350mgs
CLA 1g
l-arginine 3gs
multi V, C, B complex
milk thistle
cycle assist
workouts 5-6 days a week
4000-4500 cals 200-220 gs of protien lot of complex carbs 2 gal of water a day

day 2 i decided to start them both of together at a low dose 10mgs SD and 100 of stazabolin i feel great allready sore from yesterdays chest workout feel really strong no sides at all i usaly get hartburn but none yet i think it will be a good combo staying hungry wich is good more in a day or so
 
day 4 feel great my workouts are long and intense i weigh 3 times a day and have gained 2 lbs solid 180.5-182.3 i started at 179.5-180.1 my diet is on track but i eat more snacks like boiled eggs tuna oatmeal this is going to be a great run no heavy weights today just abs forearms and calvswill update in a few
 
got threw day 6 did legs and added more back workouts pretty intense threw up twice so im sure i got a good one ive said it before but these 2 PHs together are great i was scared about doing so many back workouts cuz of back pumps but it was good to go weight 181.8-184.2 i cut back to 500mgs of C cuz i was getting headaches going to 20 mgs of SD tomorrow definitely got longer pumps and getting stronger and can workout longer im not the greatest at making logs but nobody on any site has a superdrol stanzabolin log so i wanted to be the first so far it has been great for cutting and vascularity (not a good speller) fat seems to melt off so the weight must be lean muscle let me know if ive left any thing out

start weight is 182.4 my diet is the best it has been in a long time strong as an ox its like theres no breaking point wich is a little scary changing up my routine i might have to workout 2 times a day or do volume ladder training i think that might be awesome any suggestions just let me know

started VLT lastnight and killed it im sore all over i did superset bench and seated rows i benched 170 threw the hole work out i figured i would go light or so i thought. at rep 35 i went down to 150 there was just know way i could finish at 170 i started shaking and knew i had a lot more to go. At 60 it was sher will power. When 80 hit i was in the zone dont know how but i made it. today i feel like i got the sh*t kicked out of me so i guess i got what i wished for. morning weight 182.2

for the last 3 days im at a steady 186 very happy about that i like the VLT its working pretty good it started new growth in the center of my chest where i needed some work plus fuller delts legs are getting sore every time and i can see more mass on them as well diet is still good eggs red meat and oatmeal every morning i drink a wheybolic shake mid morning and after workout 2 gal of water a day. really on point with this cycle plus the PH combo works great for all lean gains it droped the fat i had and wont let me add any more i got a few back pumps but not to bad 4gs of taurine has it in check

i feel pretty sore today had a great chest day yesterday did 6 sets finished at 240 5 times did flys cable bench and incline then hit my tris pretty hard to got legs and lower back today morning weight 183.6

well for the past 6 days i have been very constipated wich trew off my hole routine i got relief last night so im going to try to get as much as i can 0ut of the next week and a half
 
yea you dont really start putting on weight till week 3 wich is now for 6 days i couldnt eat right had bad cramps and constipated bad but yesterday i got back on track it really sucks cuz it was gettin to the good part but i stuck with 10 mgs of SD and 100 of p-stane for 4 days so when i did get back right i would start where i left off as far as strength goes after the first week i was curling and benching more really cant max out on legs i got a bum knee but i still work the **** out of them trust me its not skechy ive got SD cycles down pat i should start really gaining in a day or two even with the belly aches lol

my L arm 16 3/4 was 16 1/2
forearm 14 1/4 was 13 15/16
chest 44 1/2 was 43 1/4
weight 183-186 now the day before i got sick was day 5 on week 2 185-187 im lookin on my home chart i didnt put as much effort into this log cuz nobody was interested but anything you wanna know feel free to ask
 
o and my weight up between 183.6 to 186 plus thats after being sick i swet and get dehydrated at night when im on SD so my afternoon and night weight are are closer to my real weight so about 5 or 6 lbs is right

im in full swing pumped all day and all the extra sets and reps are showing its the last 10 days and im in a total anabolic state right now weight 185-187 tomorrow chest lower back and squats i will post everyday till the end

Any more news on the cycle bro i just picked up a bottle of m-stane yesterday. Never ran sd yet though little nervouse.
