Can M Stak be used in the PCT for Test Cypionate, it contains DHT blocker and aromatize inhibitors just wandering I am going to start my first cycle of test and want to minimize the side effets such as oestrogen production and testicular shrinkage?
IronmanH

Age? Training histroy? You obviously haven't done enough research if you think that will be a proper pct for a cycle of test cyp...

I know that the m Stack isnt enough i shall also taking nolvadex or clomid not decided yet and maybe some triblus. This is just for the DHT blockers and aromataze inhibitors. I am 24 years old

Training history? because at 5'10" and 160lbs you have a lot of natural potential left, and if you can't grow on food and training at this point, the steroids aren't going to help and you won't hold the gains you get no matter how good your pct is.

Been hard since I was about 20. Aim for 3500 calorie intake. Using only sci-mx lean grow MRF at the moment. Just finished a cycle of muscle tech mass-tech, which helped with strength gains.
IronmanH

If you aren't gaining on 3500, then up the caloires, what is your training style/split, you could be severely overtraining.

3 Days a week. Tuesday- Chest & Bi's; Flat bench press, decline press, and incline press also cable crossovers. Machine curls, standing e-z curls, reverse grip barbel curls. I do 12-8 reps
Thursday- Shoulder & Tris- Shoulder press, shrugs, front raises. Push down tri's, tri extensions, overhead extensions
Friday- Legs and back- T bar rows, one arm rows, lat pulldown, straight leg deadlifts, flat t bar rows. Squats with bar on back, squat with bar on shoulders, leg extension, hamstring curls, standing calf raises, seated calf raises and leg press.
I usually switch when me strength and size gains start to get less, I usually change most of the exercises.

I think you have a good amount of rest and recovery, but I don't think you have your workouts optimized in terms of working things together. How long do you spend in the gym on average? How much cardio are you doing as well?

ManBeast

I usually spend between an hour and an hour and 10 in the gym on regular days, but on back and legs days I take about an hour and a half. I usually try to get 30 mins of carido at least three times a week through road running, but have not been able to do this aswell as normal recently because of weather conditions, too icy to run on the roads. At the moment I am going to take a week break on carido.

K, you might want to also reconsider your split. If you like the 3 day split (I do as well), I'd consider something like DC (DogCrap) training, despite the name it's quite brutal and effective.

That's the gist of it.

Isn't the LSD ( long slow distance) training counter productive to your goal. That should make your body produce a large amount of cortisol.

I run solely for stamina i never thought of that way I guess so, when i start my test cycle im thinking of stopping my cardio.

Well I suppose u could use CEL suppress C, or some other kind of cortisol suppressor. Years ago I read about a routine ( I never did cause I'm too lazy.) that emphasizes training like the athletes u wanna look like. Basically if u wanna look like a track n field sprinter than train like one. Olympic swimmers do the same thing. The sprinters go Hard for about 10-20 seconds then jog or walk about 60 seconds or so to get their heart rate back down. They do it over and over. Swimmers go Hard for a lap or two then they take it easy to let the heart rate go back down. This way shouldn't elevate your stress hormones like LSD training. Once again tho I have never done this kind of training other than in school.

Another really good way to burn fat and build muscle and get muscular endurance, is to go outside, have ur partner sit in ur car and put it in neutral, then push it as hard and fast as u can for 50 meters or so. Time urself, try to break ur time records, then maybe increase the distance. This I have done! And it gives u an awesome workout!!! This also raises ur GPP!!!! Just read a few Louie Simmons articles and u'll see how important general physical preparedness is to him. Lol

Yeah I did that sort of stuff back when I was in school obviously not the pushing a car around. At the moment im not really too motivated to do cardio lol, prefer breaking my self in the gym on the iron.

That's what I like to hear! I wish I could find a Workout partner that wants to bust his ass in the gym!! Lol

Same, everyone around here wants to be a skinny mma-wannabe....

Looks pretty damn brutal though
IronmanH

I like some things about it, but realistically it is overtraining for anyone not on steroids, and even for some on it would be.

ManBeast

Yeah true probably be better if a few exercise were removed and regular changes and shocks were added by cycling the exercises
IronmanH

Yes, it is an interesting split to say the least though. Thanks for the link :)
