M-Stak: DIII Football Legal?

Just wondering if M-Stak from Animal/Universal is legal to take for college football. I need a proven answer here cuz I don't want this person to get screwed.

i play d-3 ball. You can get an email adress of the ncaa from your trainer and ask them. I would say its not legal, but you dont get tested unless you make playoffs so no biggy.
