M. R. IGF-1 question about use and dosing

I have been out of the loop for awhile. Just ordered 2 bottle/mg 1mg/ml Long R3IGF-I. It Appears that nothing was added and nothing was sent to add to it. Is this normal? What should I add to it or do I even need to add anything. I know these questions are stupid but I have been so busy I havent been able to keep up with all the post. Any help offered would be great. THANKS
 
I believe MR's IGF is reconstituted at 1mg/1ml....Meaning that it's 1mg of IGF reconstituted with 1ml of AA (acetic acid)....If that is the case it is ready to use as-is.....

And (I'm sure you knew this was coming)...

Read the stickies and/or do a search....everything you need to know is contained therein....
 
If there is already liquid in with the IGF-1 then no there isnt anything you need to add. Just draw it out and at 1mg with 1mL then each IU (on an insulin syringe) is 10mcg of IGF-1. :)
 
oh yeah, and if you want to add more AA to the vial or use Bacteriostatic water in the pin to increase the volume of the injection...you are going to have to purchase that separately.
