M-Drol question

hello dudes I'm a 21 year old noob weighing 145lbs and I hate being so light and being pushed around all the time

I'm an ectomorph and I'm sick to the back teeth from working out and never getting any real gains (I have the metabolism of a lamborghini) and I was researching superdrol (M-Drol) I have done a cycle of methyldienolone last year which seemed to work great until I stopped working out (bought it off a polish guy at work lol)

my real question is, is M-Drol better than methyldienolone and I'm wondering how good it would be and what gains I could expect to see?

also what other things would you recommend I buy (I used milk thistle last time but I'm guessing this stuff would need other thing)

as you can probably tell I'm not really clued up on stuff but I'm not stupid everyones been in my position at one point in time I just need to learn
 
go look up PCT...ur gonna need a SERM if u run m-drol.. as far gains depends on doseage.. idk if u should be doing a PH with not much of a base tho.. I think it would be wiser if maybe you tried changing ur diet first.
 
sorry to sound like the other guys but you definitly shouldnt be takin superdrol,at your age you got plenty of test to do it up right ,plus of all the prohormones you looked at sd probly one of the most supressive i gota tell you i think if you want to get big just eat more lift heavy and get a good wieght gainer the mix i like to use is iso-mass xtreme gainer and truemass go thru 2 buckets of those and i promise you will put on mass
 
sorry to sound like a broken record but you need to learn and religiously practice something. Its called force feeding, up your calories to 5,000 if you have to, but gain as much weight as you can (get to 180) then and only then look into something harder. Your only going to hurt your natural test and make it much harder to gain of PH/DS later on. Save those first big gains when you have a solid base. Mdrol is also a pretty strong DS to pick for your 2nd cycle, I wouldn't recommend it until you have more experience.

You might want to bulk up a little more before running any kind of SD.
If I was you, "Just saying"
Look of a mass shake and eat more.

In the end it is up to you.
I just think you may want to pack on some more lbs before running any kind of PH.
You would be cutting yourself short on the gains.

Bulk up more before trying the ph's
I mean no offense at all, please do not take it that way.

my polish friend who I used to work with was lighter than me and now he's a tank but he uses injections which I'm not too keen on

I've tried lots of supplements creatine, carbo's, protein, anything I can get my hands on basically

(and I already eat like a horse everytime I pass mcdonalds I scoff down 4 double cheeseburgers then when I get home eat 6 pieces of chargrilled chicken lots of bacon and whatever else is in my fridge) I'm on the see food diet I see food I eat it simple

I've always been a skinny guy and I still look as if I'm 16 I get ID'D in every pub I go into and I don't even have to shave much how bad is that

so what supps do you guys recommend for me to bulk up fast

What do u mean u dont have to shave much? as in like u dont grow facial hair that fast or u dont have to shave to get ID'D. I'm a little confused on what u mean because if not growing facial hair is a problem for u then ur hormones may need to be checked by a doctor. If indeed that is the case he will give u a perscription and even maybe some sort of prescribed AAS.

As far as bulking up, it sounds like your metabolism is on hyperdrive if you cant gain weight eating over 5,000 calories a day (that should be your baseline ESPECIALLY if ur considering something like m-drol or any SD clone). If you took the money you would spend on supplements and pour that into your diet i would think u could make some great gains naturally especially at your age.

As for supplements to help this get a good multivitamin, make sure water intake is around a gallon (this will get u accustomed to taking in the water u will need to if/when u decide to start running PH's/AAS). Take a a good creatine supplement. I found that using Animal M-stack increased my hunger thus allowing me to eat more. Weight gainer. If you are only drinking water switch to something that has calories that could add potentially over 1000 calories a day just in that alone (ie a bottle of nestea iced tea is 220 calories per bottle 5 bottles=1100 calories). EAT RED MEAT AND FISH. And if you are reguarly drinking alcohol stop, alcohol inhibits protein synthesis by up to 34%. Get at least 8 hours of sleep EVERY night. and get accustomed to maybe only having 2 hours without a meal at a time. Also if you eat dinner early have a snack before you goto bed idealy weight gainer and or some source of high protein. Once finished working out take a protein/weight gainer shake because immediately after working out u have a window of about 30 min of "optimal" nutrient usage (increased intake of what u need and a flush of what u do not need). Make sure ur total time working out (not including water or stretch or rest or whatever else u may do in the gym) does not exceed 1 hour otherwise cortisol is released from the body and has catabolic effects (inhibits muscle growth). Other than that i cant really think of much more if you have questions please post im running to class right now so i couldnt be as descriptive as i wish i could but if there are things u are unclear about please let me know
 
Interesting. If you physically look that young and have some sort of issue with facial hair growth, then your hormones may already be out of whack. If you take a PH and throw your hormones into an even BIGGER flux... man that can only mean more problems and complications. You really don't want that. There are alot of weight gainer products out there that you ought to try... Pump that creatine. Lots of water intake. I think also maybe that whole lack of a car thing and you walking, or running, or cycling everywhere might have something to do with it.. You need to simplify your training. Get in the gym, throw around some weights, and get OUT so you can EAT EAT EAT and then rest. That's it. You are probably doing way too much and taxing the **** out of your CNS...

Just my ranting, jumbled thought process. But I also suggest NOT messing with a Prohormone. Not the answer in your case at all.

yes I hardly grow any facial hair and I look younger than I should and I don't have any fat on me when I exercise it doesn't increase mass it just makes the muscle more solid (small but brick solid)

I had the same problem my friend... Felt I couldn't gain weight as much as I workedout nothing. Until I finally did a food log and noticed I wasn't getting the cals I needed for my super metabolism. Try this for a couple months.
Wake up: 20g whey, 20g sugar (gatorade, OJ)
Breakfast 40 min later: 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, cup plain oatmeal in water
Snack: chicken breast with cup oatmeal, few almonds
Lunch: chicken breast or lean red meat, med sweet potato or cup brown rice
Snack: chicken or lean meat, cup oatmeal, few almonds
Post workout: 30-40g whey, 60-80g simple carbs
Dinner 1hr or so after workout: more chiecken, lean meat or fish, cup oats or sweet potato or brown rice
Bedtime: 3 whole eggs and 4-6 egg whites

If u get in a crunch for snacks get a blender grind the oats with water, 30g protein powder and all natty peanut butter... Drink!
 
mate, dont listen to these guys, if you want to run sd, run it, just keep it low, you are old enough. the problem with anabolic minds is you get all these guys trying to look responsible in fornt of the old boys when most of them were gobbeling gym sweets when they were 17. they try and act the man by telling you not to get on it. you a small bloke right?youve tried everything right?then just get on it, hell, get on a test e cyele 500mg ew for 12 weeks.

this site gets so arsy about guys who ask about sd, its like "no way man" "way to skinny broski", "duuuuue, eat more cals" and it pisses me off so much.

just run some sd, run in 20mg ed x 4 weeks.

the problem with your "advice" is if he wont eat enough to gain weight than he will lose any weight he gains from superdrol....how is he gonna eat enough cals to maintain 165 if he cant break 150 now? you are not a smart man....the reason we tell people not to take steroids at 145lbs is because they are OBVIOUSLY doing something wrong and the problem needs to be corrected before steroids will be beneficial to them....if you dont like anabolic minds then leave! PLEASE!.....
 
furthermore....what is the site you normally freqent....if they are telling 145lbs kids to run cycles over their then it is a bunch of uneducated idiots....i am the quintessential hardgainer....i was 135 at the age of 21....through forcefeeding 5000 cals a day i got to 180 and a sub 8 percent bodyfat at 5'9 before i ever touched a steroid....it took me a couple years to do it....but i did it...dont tell me im a hypocrit on my soapbox....you obviously dont have a clue what your talking about....if the op is 145 unless he is 5'3 he is not eating enough...i dont give a sh!t if hes a cyclist or not...to grow muscle you need sufficient calories....without those cals steroids wont do d!ck....
 
I understand both points of view I'm an intelligent guy I can make up my own mind but I'm interested in ways to naturally bulk up as well so I'm wondering mooch if you could give me a diet/workout routine that got you up to 180 because that would be a sh!t hot target for me to reach

my workouts usually consist of high weight low reps (high intensity) so I'm a pretty lean guy but I want to get bigger without getting fatter (in otherwords keep the defined look) what workouts do you guys suggest? I have a weider sparring gym in my room and I'm going to buy some good dumbells when I get the money
 
i would stop doing so much cardio first.....look into dc training....i just started this a while back and love it....you can find a lot of info over at intensemuscle.com....its a low volume approach thats great for putting on size....and as far as diets go....eat every three hours....every day....be consistent with this and you will put on more size than you ever will with any steroid....a good protein source(30-40grams) at each meal and as many carbs and fats as you can stomach....it will be hard at first to make yourself eat that much but after a while you get used to it....

Have you gone to your doctor yet? The absense of facial hair growth at your age kinda worries me about a hormone deficiency...
