M-Drol PCT?

im going to do a 4 week mdrol cycle
Mdrol i have is competitive edge m-drol from bodybuilding warehouse site
Cycle Assist i will be using is competitive edge cycle assist from bodybuilding warehouse site
Cycle:
week1 : 10mg + cycle assist
week2 : 10mg + cycle assist
week3 : 20 mg + cycle assist
week4 : 20mg + cycle assist

im planning to do a 4 week pct what pct do you advise, iv read about clomid and nolva but what dosage should i take? and where would i get it from? any other pct i should take?

i am new to this forum but not new to working out been doing it for over 3 years now and wanting to get some good gain so just looking for some advise

i dont know about sources, from what i have read about nolva is 20/20/10/10. Without a need to go above 20mg.

Use a product like AI post cycle support , and Lean xtreme for cortisol control.

Nolva 20/20/10/10
AI Post Cycle Support 4/4/4/4
Lean Xtreme ( as directed)

I have never touched nolva before, Just telling you what i have read over the months.

Good luck and if this is a first time cycle i would suggest something less harsh. You will always want to do more than one cycle so dont start at the strongest.

What are your stats after 3 years of training ?

Age, Height ?
 
I would suggest something not as strong as m-drol if this is a first cycle.

Also hope your not younger than 25, if you are you would have enough test in your blood
already.

Read up and absorb as much info as you can.
 
3 week cycles at 20/20/20 work great..usually the 4th week on m-drol isnt really needed. your 3rd week is when you start to get most results and it kicks in from ph's anyways. i did a 4th week on m-drol and for me it was a waste didnt gain and stayed the same as the 3rd week..3rd week bench went up 50lbs.. 4th week same no different but everyone is different so it wouldnt hurt to do 4 weeks but most only do 3. for pct i do nolva at 40/40/20/20 and use a cortisol blocker also like lean extreme like aussiess said. m-drol is a carb absorber so you want to ad alittle more carbs to ur diet..good carbs. it puts on good muscle but it makes me wanna eat like crazy.
 
Hey pal, at 5'10" 170lbs. you're kind of lean. No offense just stating observation. Instead of going on cycle I would really investigate a good bulking diet and weight program and put some weight on that way first. I'm guessing you're on the younger side so you should grow pretty well. Once you do that for a while and start to hit plateaus you can't break through naturally then consider a cycle. And like someone mentioned start with a light cycle like hdrol or pmag. Results are usually very good, sides are very manageable, and pct is not too bad; for most people. If you're hell bent on going on though at least make it hdrol or pmag, you can alway use the super for another time. good luck.
