I've put together a CEL M-drol/H-drol cycle after looking at a couple logs on here, namely the one by Norwegian. You can find his original log (can't post links, but you can find it by searching the title "M-drol/H-drol - Week 1 update."
As for the detail, I will keep a log offline, but will write a brief log here, possibly more detailed the longer it progresses. As the title says, i'll probably update once a week, but will be posting for the whole past week.
