M-DROL Cycle

First of all some starting info on me.
Age-20 (i know young for PH but it was my choice)
Starting Height/ Weight- 6'0 wt- 205 12%bf

MDROL @ 20/20/20/20 PCT Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20

im taking all the cycle assist and ore cycle supplements such as milk Thistle Uniliver Hawthorn berry drinking at least 1-2 galons of water a day.

I started on March 8th, so I'm at the end on my 2nd week cycle and I'm up 9 pounds.

skull crushers went up from 105- 5x5 to 135-5x5

back got STRONGER.

I'm actaully really excited because I heard the best gains kick in week 3:)


so i'm supposed to end my cycle on April 5th, but a group of my freinds are going on a spring break trip on April 2nd and want to drag me along. So im here asking for advice on if it's ok to take the 3 last days off as rest days or is that out of the question.
 
Your rest is up to you, however I strongly advise against ANY alcohol while taking SD, as its stress on your liver is heavy enough. make sure you adjust your calories for the gained weight, or you will stop gaining, even in week three when the compound is peaking.

If you insist upon drinking (sigh), keep it to an absolute minimum. If you planned on drinking during cycle you may as well not even started the SD.
 
yeah i hear you man. I had 2 beers the entire time so far.

and about the calories.

im taking 250grams of protein

600grams carbs give or take a few

100-150 grams of fat mostly peanut butter, eggs

so 4,000 calss
 
is it maybe even better to stop at the end of week 3?

Thats up to you and how you feel. I personally just started week three and still have yet to see any sides. Should this continue ill run it a 4th week. Most people report gains leveling off in week 4, but that also may be because cals were not increased to compensate for gains made in weeks 1-3.
 
LoL.. my first m-drol cycle I ate everything in sight and gained 27 lbs... 15 or so lean mass.. you can imagine how bloated up I was with 12-13 lbs of water and fat.

I have a good deal of knowledge about aas, and gh as I've been on Hrt for 5yrs now with many cycles in between. However; as far as designers go over the past yr I've only used pheraplex(which I prefer over dbol cause I feel good on it; have less bloat and it increases my appetite like EQ and Tren Ace does). I also liked epi and tren (19nor). Had decent winny like gains with epi and tren. However; I haven't tried mdrol yet. From the profile and user feedback it seems pretty toxic. I've ran anadrol, dbol and soon just pre workout I will be using Halotestin which can be very toxic if abused. What id like to know, as far as liver toxcicity goes and hdl/ldl values how toxic is it when compared to say anadrol or halotestin? And are the gains even worth the sides? I do realise that the toxcicity of orals is grossly exagerrated in most circumstances. I apologise for jumping in, I wasn't trying 2 hijack ur thread. Best of luck 2u!

I decided to run it the 4th week too forget the spring break partying i'll just chill in the sun instead.

Day 18 today. sorry i havent done a complete log i recently joined the site.

But heres some info.

im at 214 pounds in the morning fresh on the scale butt naked lol

my benchpress max is now up 30 pounds. went from 245 to 275, btw i got the 275 easy, and was real excited about that since bench is my weakest lift :(

Im getting a lot of compliments on my arms and shoulders, and guys at the gym are saying that even though I got bigger I even look leaner.

arms went from 16 1/4 - 17 1/2 flexed. forearms got very thick

I'm hoping to get up to 220 and keep my strength by the end of the cycle, will be upping calories starting week 4 since i havent really gained fat.

My goal for this entire year is to go up to 235 pounds with no more than 13-14%bf.

Then for next year I will be cutting from 235-210 slowly trying to keep as much of the strength and get down to 6-8% bf
 
27lb gain on 3-4 weeks sounds a little un realistic. mdrol is a lean mass gainer, it does not convert to estogen-minimal fat gain, minimal water gain. did you eat enough fiber? lol something tells me it was not nearly a 30lb gain, and half of it was not bloat/water/fat. im not here to contest or point fingers, but i dont buy into posts like that

well it was done.. by me. I have nothing to gain by lying to people on an internet forum. Whether you buy into it or not that was my experience with M-Drol the first time I used it. It was my first experience with anything hormonal and I ate for mass, & did next to no cardio. I can easily gain body weight with or without ph's that just my body type, no the composition of that mass gain is not all muscle of course.

And posts like this...? Are you making the assumption that I don't know what I'm doing ? BC if that's the case I think my pics speak for themselves.
 
no-i dont buy into posts with people claiming they gained 40lbs in two weeks of dbol or anything else out of this world. i could care less about your pics 1, and 2-you look natural, "beach bod". not monster so dont get too big headed

Not a Monster, and don't want to be.. But if someone gets on a scale at 217 the last day of cycle.. and at the beginning of cycle they were 190 well... I think you can do the math. I'm sorry you're not where you want to be.. Just because you've had a crappy time doesn't mean everyone else hasn't seen great success.. and 27 lbs in a month, is a little different than a claim of 40 lbs in 2 weeks.. Thanks for the doubt though, guys like you are motivation for me to stay in better shape.. (than guys like you)
 
2 of my friends gained 20 pounds in 4 weeks with m-drol . One was 165 to 185. Give or take a pound which is crazy because he is about 5,6 with small frame so it looked like he gained 35 pounds lol.

those are some nice gains. A buddy and I were the first ones to really experiment with CEL products at the gym I go to. After our cycles there must have been 15 guys planning cycle lol..
 
lmao, ill give you genetics sure. but for me its poor diet. its up and down=loss of gains. also, im happy with where i am. i never once cried over my own success, we are all human with that being said we always want more and want to be better and are rarely truly satasfied. im motavation to you? congrads. im glad i can help, but i dont have time to go back in forth about who's balls are bigger, i have sht to research.
 
I have seen a lot of 20+ lb month long cycles, so i don't doubt it. SD is great at keeping fat and water gain minimal, but it isnt perfect, so if your cals were high enough, and genetics good enough, it is certainly plausible. Regardless, everyone should stop hijacking this guys thread with childish bit*ching. Back to the thread at hand...
