M - Drol Cycle and Log

Hey guys, haven't taken any type of gear recently but found a couple of bottles of M-Drol I had bought a while ago and figure I would run a month long cycle.

A little bit about me, 24 years old, 5'11, 178lbs, ball park around 11 - 12% bf. I have played 2 NCAA division I sports (hockey and golf). I have been in the weight room since high school with about 7 years of solid lifting experience. I ran a cycle of of Test Enanthate and D - Bol about a year and a half ago once I had finished all my college sports and wanted to put on some serious size and not worry about compromising the flexibility in my golf swing. I am going to run a 4 week M-Drol cycle, 20/20/20/20. I have heard good review from this superdrol clone and would really like to get up to 195 at the end of the month

I have been taking milk thistle the past week and plan on starting my cycle Monday. I have Nolva and Clomid on hand for my pct, I was planning on Nolva 40/40/20/20 and just in case have some clomid laying around my place. I'm also going to run a generic test booster and some size-on throughout the post cycle aiming to keep as much of my gains as I can. I am posting my diet up as well, feel free to comment on anything, advice is always welcome, I am no expert by any means, Thanks!:bling:

Meal #1 - 1¾ C liquid egg whites, 1 whole egg. (Possibly a shake too, 70 carbs, 40g protein)

Meal #2 - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich - multigrain bread

Meal #3 - 8oz chicken breast, 2 large baked sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp EVOO

Meal #4 - 8oz 97% lean ground turkey breast, kale, 1 C rice

Meal #5 - Workout nutrition, 30 minutes prior - Same shake as at breakfast

Meal #6 - Post Workout Protein Shake, ¾ C oats, spoonful of peanut butter.

Meal #7 - 8oz lean steak, 1 C rice, broccoli, hummus.

Meal #8 - another shake same as the above

Question:
When people itemize their meals does that mean its the same routine everyday?

I do it just to keep me scheduled, and I like to pre cook alot of my food because I do not have much free time to continually cook throughout the day. That's just me tho!

does anyone know if it would be effective to add a preworkout on this cycle, I have been doing some reading and I cannot decipher any clear info, some say its bad some say its good. Any clarification would be appreciated.

The supplement is Biosteel High Performance sports drink, I've been using their supps for a while now, would highly recommend.

You can add a preworkout if needed, just watch your blood pressure.

thanks man, I'm going to see how my body reactions and if I even need a pre. I'm assuming this stuff will get me ready to lift heavy as it is you know.

Im looking to run m-drol, ultradrol or a tren ph so i'm in to see some gains.

I'll keep you posted with what I see from this M-Drol stack, I've had a couple teammates absolutely blew up and kept alot of their gains on some tren, that was years ago I'm not sure if you can even that same formula.

I have kept true to my diet, Saturday I was out all day had a burrito bowl from Chipotle, then a 2 grilled chicken sandwiches from Chik Fil a after my workout shake, with fries :ponder: I am up 7 lbs in a week. I feel pumped all the time esp in my shoulders. Everything seems good so far, week 2

felt pretty good, had a long weekend of basketball and softball so I took Saturday off from the gym. I am feeling alot stronger. I am sweating a ton but am rarely sore after a workout. Have been able to push it past what I would normally do, everything seems to be clicking.

Superdrol makes me super lethargic your probably gonna need a pwo here soon like week 2. On the neg though it will make your Bp skyrocket. Are you taking some kind of cycle assist product? Something with Hawthorne, celery seed and coenzyme q10 highly recommended. I would prob get some taurine to the back pumps on mdrol are killer.

I have some pre workout, I've been taking half a scoop before. I have not really felt tired or lethargic at all which is nice. I worked out back yesterday pretty heavy, for me at least. The back pumps are insane, I have heard taurine helps from multiple sources so I am definitely going to look into it, I cannot sleep on my back these days lol

So far no cycle assist. I have some on hand but have not opened the bottle yet. To be honest I am not really sure when to take it. I was planning on adding it to my nolva pct and running some size on (or some type of creatine) during the pct.

Squat 4 sets of 205lbs x 8 reps (up 20lbs, i'll take it lol)
Front Squat - 95 x 12, 135 x 10, 155 x 8, 175 x 8, 175 x 4
One Legged Leg Press 120 x 12 (4 sets)
Calf Raises - 335 (machine) 4 sets of 10 reps
Hamstring Curl - 95 lbs x 15, 115 x 12, 140 x 10, 155x 6
Goblin Jump Squats (Holding DB) 4 sets of 10 reps all w 50 lb DB

You should have started taking the cycle assist one week before starting superdrol as a couple of the ingredients in it take awhile to build up in your blood and your gonna want to take it during pct as the serms have some of the same sides as superdrol. Taurine will make a world of difference but I notice I have to take it for a couple of days before it does so I take 3-4 grams a day even before back pumps show up but I get them from everything from epi to hdrol but def the worst is superdrol back pumps.

thank you, I appreciate the info.

Your already pretty deep in the cycle but you should research before doing a cycle like this especially superdrol. This is one of the strongest most toxic ds around. Your light years ahead of some having a serm for pct but cycle support is a must. I would start taking your cycle assist right now and buy enough to continue taking it through pct.

once again thank you for your input. I will start taking it today.

Oh man, I just saw that. Yeah, you should take the cycle assist. I am sure you haven't caused any damage to your liver. IMO Tudca os better, and I don't believe either is 'required' for a cycle shorter than 8 weeks, but peace of mind is a good reason to take it.

Cycle assist is not just liver protection. It is also blood pressure, heart health and cholesterol as well as prostate protection. On superdrol I would say it is "required" if nothing else for the effects it has on blood pressure which will skyrocket on a cycle like this. I've done 3 superdrol cycles in the last nine years the longest lasted 31 days by the end of that I barely felt like working out there is no way I would attempt an 8 week cycle even low dosed that is just me.

Funny though. I'm on day 12 of an SD/stano cycle at 30 mg ed and my BP has been rock steady at 110/60 every day. I have a home bp monitor. Not sure if it's hereditary or my supports. I'm on cycle assist and aegis.
But either way I wouldn't consider any cycle, let alone sd, without decent support

I'm sure you are a very healthy individual to begin with. The ingredients in cycle assist are super effective also and very affordable. There really is no reason to run any cycle without it no matter how healthy its just good insurance.

I have been feeling really good lately, energy wise. I have started taking my cycle assist to be on the safe side, thanks for helping me along the way
