Hey T-Bone, I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your experience and details with us in this reference thread. I wish more people would do similarly.

No problem. I enjoyed it and wanted to tell everyone how much I liked this product. The strange part of this was that it started out as "cut" with around 1800 calories a day. I was gaining strength on that, then at around the 4th week I starting raising calories and now I am up to about 3000 a day. I had be cutting down for a long time even prior to the start of the cycle. I figured I was gonna start raising calories when I stopped the cycle. Then I thought to myself, "I've been dieting so long and its really not good for your body to cut calories for more than 10 weeks at time." I didn't even remember for the life of me that last time I was not cutting calories, so I started to raise the calories and since I was on cycle I would not gain that much fat anyway. Well pants still fit the same and I gained a lot more strength towards the end of the cycle. I could not believe I wasn't blowing up like a balloon!. I went from 204 to 210. I weighed myself today. I think I would have gained more if I had raised calories earlier, but I am happy just gaining strength. When I gain strength and weight and reps on exercises that is what motivates me!. So strength is enough for me, I don't really care what the scale says anyway. I am not a fish!. When I look in the mirror I can visibly see the change that took place over the course of the 8 weeks I was on this cycle. I can feel the strength when I go to the gym and I can see the changes in a mirror. I don't own a scale, when I want to weigh myself I just go to rite aid once a week or every other week. I also checked my blood pressure which was 154 systolic, 98 diastolic. I guess thats a little high but not too bad...I never really proof-read my posts, so sorry for any spelling errors or errors in context.

Nolvadex, once every 24hours.
Before bed is probably ideal.
Good to see a positive MD experience!

no offense taken at all. DTolson is a very smart guy. His articles are well writen (he plugs Bulk Nutrition products when he can).
The PCT method I suggested was if you were using 6-oxo and Nolva together: taper down the nolva, and taper up the 6-oxo. Makes for a 'slightly' faster recovery. The difference is minute however.

keep us updated. the strength will stay, just eat well, and lay off the cardio.

Ok thanks. I can't really do much cardio with my condition anyway. I have Patella Femoral Pain Syndrome. I don't want to explain in this thread. Its got a thread of its own, I started a while back. Just search for it if you want to see more of my experience with it. I will let you guys know how things are going and keep you updated.
