M.A.N. Clout not dissolving

Does anybody else seem to have problems with their Clout not dissolving? I constantly have to keep stirring my cup around and I still can't get it all. It's not a big deal unless alot of the powder that does not dissolve is the CEE. Since it doesn't dissolve completely, I hope the body still absorbs it. I also have Omega's CET, but I'm trying Clout first to see which I like better. Thanks for any replys.
 
I never had a problem with CLOUT dissolving. CLOUT does not contain CEE unless the formula was changed.
