m-1t diet and pct

guys got the m-1test from powernutrition going to do three weeks at 10mg and one at 20mg this diet is going to be tough but i am going to eat this for three weeks


breakfast
1/2 pound turkey
4 peices of bread
1 quart of milk
1 isopure 50 grm protein shake

snack
1 isopure 50grm shake
powerbar
2-3 bananas

Lunch
1/2 pound turkey
1 quart milk
fruit some type
powerbar



snack
1 quart milk
powerbar
bananas
isopure

dinner
1/2 pound turkey
1 quart of milk
corn
potatoes

one more isopure before bed
the second week i am going to substitue turkeywith roast. third week will be chicken or ground beef patties

going to use fina transdermal dont know with this cyclefor the first week any advice also going to use 4/ad
i have 50ml of 20mg/ml nolvadex shoul i use 20 or 40mg for pct

anyone have any advice on diet or cycle please feel free

I'm not sure what it's called but there's something in turkey that makes most people sleepy. It might affect your workouts. Do you usually eat that much turkey?
 
Seems like too much protein at once during breakfast. Also, need more fats. Try replacing two of your shakes with protein from foods. Maybe some natural peanut butter or almonds in there (this would also provide you with the fats), and egg whites. Get some oatmeal in there during breakfast instead of 4 pieces of bread. Which meal is your post-workout one? I think you've cornered the market on turkey. Prices better not shoot up because of you! :p

As for PCT. I'd go with 40mg Nolva for the first week, then drop it down to 20mg the second. There are a lot of threads on this forum with the cycle plans. Do a search and see what others have done, or suggest.

It's called Tryptophan...which is an essential amino acid. It aids with sleep, pain, relaxation, etc.

Thats alot of food per day. I calculated it on the usda food web site at 6400 calories, 622g carbs, 132g fat and 670g protein. Per day! If you burn 3500 calories a day, you'll be up about 6 lbs per week. No way thats going to convert to LBM. I predict by Wednesday you'll be sick of turkey. Cut it to 4000 per day. The idea is solid but just too much food.
