M-1-T & T-Gel Ban?

So I'm noticing the warning of a coming ban on M-1-T and T-Gel, is there in "fact" a ban coming?

As in... There is currently legislation or an FDA ban to be announced soon that we are aware of, just like we knew there was a coming ban on Ephedra?

or..

Is a ban being assumed because of the power of these 'research' supplements?

If a ban is definitely going to happen in the near future, what is the shelf-life of these two products?

Each one should last at least a year. But even when there is a ban some folks will still be around making stuff. You will just have to know where to get it.

Here's the info on the possible prohormone ban that is in the stickies section of this board. As for shelf life, I'm sure they would last a few years if stored properly. However, I'm not an expert in this area.
