As the title states. My understanding was it is fine at room temperature until reconstituted, at which point, refridgeration is required (unless you use AA).
Its fine at room temp. even after you reconstitute it. Not sure what you mean by "Unless you use AA" because if you use Bac. Water, even if you refridgerate it, its got a shelf life of hours instead of years.
I just meant that if you used BW or BA, it would need refridgerating to give it any shelf life (I think mixed with BW, it lasts 2-3 days in a fridge, which may be fine for people with 100mcg vials)
