To be honest, it doesn't get much better than our Maximum Absorbed Protein (which utilizes PeptoPro's di/tri peptides) in that regard. They'll be absorbed and utilized very quickly.

No because its really for lipophilic or very poorly water soluble compounds. (flavones, hormones, ect)
