Lumps in Pec

I'm currently in week 3 of PCT after an Epi/Stano cycle. Yesterday I noticed a few small lumps all in a row in the right side of my pec. It's not under my nipple it's about and inch to the right of my nipple toward the outside of my pectoral muscle. They are painful to the touch. I have been on Nolvadex 20/20/10/10 and am currently using Alphamax which contains 75mg of arimistane. Is it even possible to get gyno while on a SERM and AI? I'm a bit worried. Probably going to see a doctor next week.

Edit: I also have no nipple pain, puffiness, or sensitivity.
 
It's possible if your RC products aren't legit.

I'm personally not to found of armistane and wouldn't rely on it solely.
 
I have nolva from 2 different companies. I finished off one bottle from my last cycle and switched to the new one a few days ago. I also started formeron yesterday hopefully it will help until I can get to the doctor.
