Lump by nipple

Hi all
I have a little lump about 1and a half inches from my nipple is this a sign of gyno...I've read that a lump under the nipple is a sign of gyno so what about lump 1amd a half inches away...
 
I'm only the first couple of days into a deca and d bol cycle should I just run the nolva along side them...I think the lump is from a previous cycle....

I had the lumps on the right side removed. About a year later they showed up on the left as well. If they get inflamed I use formestane to get them under control. After a few weeks on formestane I can barely feel them. I actually don't mind these lumps they let me know in a hurry if my estro is getting high.
 
i tenc to get sensitive nips but thankfully no lumps.. is that lump sensitive, or painless or somewhere in between?
 
Since you have had gyno problems in the past and treated by drs no less, I strongly suggest you have that painless lump looked at by a dr. its probably nothing, as you say, but its the painless ones you have to worry about if you have to worry. Better to be safe than sorry and its probably nothing other than a cyst. God Bless
