Lump After Testosterone Injection

Hey i just injected 3oo mg's into my glute with a 1 inch needle done this plenty of times never had this freakin problem. Now theres a lump just below the injection site. Should i try to drain it or will the oil absorb on its own?

If I injected too quick it would do that sometimes, I would inject slower and massage the injection site once you're done.
